Can
I go to any of the senior centers?
Yes, you may go to any
of the 12 other centers.
What
is the difference between ‘membership’ and ‘registration’?
Good question. All individuals that come to Hollin Hall must
have a registration form on file. The
registration information is kept in a locked cabinet in the Main Office. It has your health, emergency, liability,
Code of Conduct information. In the
event of an emergency, for example, the Paramedics will want to know
medications and emergency contacts.
The membership form is
for those who utilize the center for activities and programs.
If
a friend visits me from out-of-state and wants to come to a program, can they
come with me to the center?
Inquiring individuals,
55 or older, interested in joining the center may come in as a ‘Visitor’ for
free
ember based on their
participation. If you opt to pay as you
go, the Guest fee is $5.
Do
couples have to pay $48 each?
Couples are $72, one
pays $24 and the other pays $48 (or $24/$12 with variance documentation) and we
make note of that on the Membership Form.
I
have guest speakers come to the program I lead.
Do they have to pay?
No, they do not have to
pay.
Can
I write on the card?
Yes, it is a good idea.
Use a Permanent marker of any color and write your name on the card.
