Creative Aging

This edition of Mature Living explores Creative Aging a new concept that differs quite a bit from former understandings of aging.

Guests include Gay Hanna, executive director of the National Center for Creative Aging; Julie Ellis, director of the Hollin Hall Senior Center for Creative Retirement and Art Beat columnist for the county’s Golden Gazette; Irene Rouse, a senior artist; Sharon Fishel, ArtReach director at McLean Project for the Arts; and Kimberly Warner, recreation therapist, Mount Vernon Adult Day Health Care Program.
