What’s going on at Hollin Hall?
We exercise, deal good cards, have educational sessions, try our hand at painting on canvas, needlework, read and discuss and more! While we do some of these activities we snack, munch and sip hot tea or coffee.

Weekly Dance for PD-free
Dance for PD meets the other Wednesdays throughout the month
Parkinson’s Disease Support Group meets every 1st Wednesday
For people with Parkinson Disease and their care-partners.
Bowen McCauley Dance is the only dance company in the Metropolitan-DC area to provide Dance for PD-free weekly dance classes for people with Parkinson Disease and their care-partners. Lucy Bowen McCauley, BMD’s Artistic Director and founder, is “… honored to bring dance to people with this disease.” Besides the health benefits, dance takes the mind and spirit away from the thoughts of disease, disability and social isolation. Hollin Hall Senior Center is one of the PD dance sites. Wednesdays at 1 except the first Wednesday.
NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO DANCE FOR PD DURING THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST, BUT WILL RESUME THEIR NORMAL SCHEDULE IN SEPTEMBER.
